Default Induction Ketchup alternative?

Good morning! Does anyone have any good suggestions for ketchup on induction? I love my bacon cheeseburger, but I really don't want toeat it without ketchup.

I have looked for sugar free ketchup, but have not found any. I am on the east coast of anyone knows of any grocery stores that carry such a thing. Thanks!

hi and welcome to the forum.

here is a recipe for homemade SF ketchup.

now that you're starting a new journey in your life, that requires some prepping of food.. why not start with this recipe and then start looking at bone broth, cream sauces, desserts.. whatever else that will make this diet easy for you.

good luck.

I've used this ketchup recipe for years. It's quick--takes about five minutes and doesn't involve cooking--and to me it really does taste like Heinz.

There is a reduced sugar Heinz ketchup. It only has 1 carb. I get it at Kroger. You could probably order it, or ask a store to get some....

Sounds good. Have you ever used stevia?
