That was certainly true for me. A year ago, I was watching you get it done and that helped me believe that losing 200+ pounds was possible. I really needed to know that. Following your progress straight down to goal has been awe inspiring. You have rocked this WOE and knocked it totally out of the park. You have been a rock for me and that has helped keep me on track and motivated. So while you have done this for you, your presence here has helped others. Thanks for taking the time to share your weight loss story through the whole process.
