Thumbs up pork loin chops with mustard cream sauce

This recipe is in Dana Carpenders cookbook...but is worth posting and SO easy!

pork chops (I used boneless pork loin chops about an inch thick)
olive oil
salt & pepper

Brown seasoned chops in olive oil until brown and done, remove to platter.

for sauce:
add to pan-
a couple tablespoons each-
white wine ( I didn't have any and used some of DH's beer)
heavy cream
dijon mustard

wisk to collect all of the pan drippings from meat, then serve over the chops!!! It has a fabulous flavor, and took a total of 15 minutes to prepare.

Trace carbs per serving.

Enjoy!

Cool

I make this often and really enjoy it. I also add mushrooms to mine and sometimes some chopped celery. I didn't realize it's from a cookbook--I just threw it together myself!

It's goooooooooooooooooood!

I had to bump this back to the top! We tried it last night and it was so yummy. I'm not a huge pork fan, but with that sauce, it was just so good. I now have a new sauce for salmon...oh and now that Nathan mentions it...with chicken, too
