Default LC Quiche with a microwave .... easy?

Hello

Would anyone know how to create a good LC quiche to bake in the microwave ?

I have eggs, bacon, ham, spinach, salmon, spices etc....

I guess the problem is that I have no flour or substitute. Actually, I have a bag of soy isolate but that would never be the sole ingredient for pastry... would it?

Thanks...........

Custard is always yummy, I'm not sure how to do it in a microwave tho--- There are several crusts made of ground nuts & melted butter that should be good too, lots of recipes at this site. Good luck.

There are also many quiche style recipes made here without any crust or pastry at all (just butter the dish) --- just a new way of looking at things...

Now as to using a microwave, hmmmmmm, you'd have to use the SEARCH and find the quiche recipes to see... but I know that once I've mixed the cream and the eggs and stuff them in the oven, they don't turn into scramble unless I stir them...so I recommend watching for overcooking above all, but don't worry about the scrambling.

Hey, me again. Sorry to take so long...

The answer to your first question is: by plane! Really, my family (entire) emigrated when I was 3.5 years old, I barely remember the night flight and thinking the plane was on fire because of the blue flames at the business end of the engines...can see them in the dark.

As for your post:

Hmmmmmm, if you add cream and freshly ground pepper and bake it in the oven, you'll have a spinach quiche (the same volume of cream and eggs as in any custard recipe). If you use less cream and bake it (oven OR stovetop), you'll essentially have a spinach frittata or omelette... Any help?
