Default Back to Induction

Well, after an extremely stressful 2 weeks, plus dealing with an acute case of my IBS flaring up and not being able to eat much of anything, I am back to induction today. I was doing so well, too....but I only gained 3 back of the 14 I had lost. Hopefully they will disappear fast.

Hi BetsyJane.

I did'nt have your problems of not eating enough I had a (binge) of comfort foods last week because of some really bad news about a relative. Gained 7 lbs and went back on induction. It worked and I lost 6 of it.

Don't worry about the 3 lbs. It will come off! Hope things are better for you now.

Lisa
