Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would post and keep you updated on my weigh in. The results this month are that I have lost 11 pounds. My mini goal was 8 pounds, so I have beaten that. I now weigh my lowest in several years so I am very pleased with myself. Am down 36 pounds since January 6 2003.Looking forward to next month hopefully I can start fitting some exercise in as well.

Kenny

Great news Kenny. 11 pounds in a month is excellent progress. 36 pounds so far. Won't be long before you get to 50 pounds. Not fair that men can lose it so much easier!!!!

Keep up the good work.
