Exclamation Had to "cheat" today

I just wanted to get this off my chest and hopefully, seeing it in writing will help me keep my willpower.
We knew our friends were make lasagna for dinner for us tonight. Without thinking, dh said it was fine and we were looking fwd to trying their special dish Well, of course I could not be rude - I had a piece. Our server stuck a HUGE heaping slab of lasagna on my plate. Then of course, they made 20 pieces of bread - at least there was a salad, thank God.
Well, for the most part I picked around the noodles and ate the meat and cheese. And I ate about 1/4 of a piece of garlic bread. BUT, I did eat a couple bites of noodles...I have noticed a difference. I have a horrible headache and am extrememly grouchy right now!
I feel like I had no choice...and considering, I guess it could have been worse...I know I am not a garbage can, but it was either that or, in my mind, be extrememly rude to our hosts.

I have also noticed I am hungrier than normal...

Well, our next get together, we are having beef tenderloin

There, that should do the trick!

Sometimes it's good to fall off the wagon and get hit by it - reminds us of why we jumped on to begin with!

Hang in there, girl!

Thanks Iowa!
I have been absolutely horrible lately - mostly b/c of partying. I will go 6 months w/o a drink and then in one weekend, make up for it in 1 night .
I have no idea how much weight I have put on - scales are not allowed in my house I have been eating LC fine, but went crazy on the beer (8 pitchers between 3 people). Prob had 100 carbs...Well, back on the wagon.
