Lightbulb Food for thought quote

This quote is currently on my atkinscenter.com journal page. It really brings home how I feel about reaching my first mini-goal:

"Arriving at one goal is the starting point of another."
- John Dewey

I now have 17 lbs to go to reach my second mini-goal of 168. I lost 16.5 lbs in 5 weeks, for an average of 3.3 lbs per week. It will be great if I can do that for this next 17 lbs, but I am actually looking to about 2 lbs per week. So possibly by either 5 or 8.5 weeks I can be down to my 168 second mini-goal. So that would be by either 4-13-03 or 5-8-03. Not too bad Sorry if I'm rambling, but I'm trying to do all these figures at the same time to straighten it out for myself.
