Hi again Lisa:

About 7 years ago I had nerve damage to my right wrist b/c of a cortisone injection which turned into Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. But this is in both hands. I've had pinched nerves and damaged nerves before but this isn't the same feeling. And carpel tunnel would be really painful as well.

It's just a sensation. Not like "pins and needles". The fingertips just feel heavy and like something's moving around inside the fingertips. Not "creepy crawly" moving either. Maybe like "fluid" moving. Descriptions are obviously not my forte. But it goes away shortly after I come fully awake.

I wonder if it's sleep-related since my sleep patterns changed so much since I started LCing? I also wondered if it was blood sugar-related, but I guess not since no one else experiences it.

Wanda
