OMG cravings and self-depriving
So I had to give up dairy because of health issues, and I feel a lot better (scary how sick you can get without realizing it huh?) but its been about a week now and I have the strangest cravings for crunchy, deep fried food! I NEVER crave stuff like that anymore... oh and fried noodles! Anyone else ever have that happen? Give up one thing and crave something completely different? Oh and since I stopped with the dairy, that means my Whey shakes for morning, night, and post workout are out. -_- devastating. anyone know of any low carb, whey free, fast absorbing sources of protein, either in shakes or food? So far I've just been winging it, eating... stuff.. but eventually I want to have my regular post workout food set up. I googled but all I could find was vegan protein powder made of ..rice? lol. and hemp, peas.. all things I doubt are low carb. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
