well, 'pure' meats (unprocessed) are 0-chicken, beef, pork, fish, pure fat is 0 and water is 0. ALL other foods have some carbs in them. If you own DANDR (newest Atkins book), don't use the carb counter at the front of the book (the fiber isn't subtracted). At the back of the book is a much more detailed list of foods with their carb count. Remember to subtract the fiber grams from the total carbs, because the fiber isn't digested so doesn't count.
