Question Keeping a Journal

Can anyone tell me how to keep a journal on this site? I've been so inspired by the journals posted by low-carb veterans like TeriDoodle ... I apologize if this question is silly ... I'm not very high-tech!!! Thanks.

Smile yup

Just click onto "Active Low Carb Forums". Then scroll down page to where it says "My Low Carb Journal/Low Carb Boot Camp", then click onto where your name would fit, in your case Farmgirl would have you click onto "E - G" and when that opens click on to "Start a new thread" . Walla. Then each day or whenever you want to add to it go to the "E-G" find your name and click onto "new post" after your last one. So first you start a new thread, after that it's a new post each time to add onto your journal. Hope that helps.
