Hi Vicky,

I think the difference in our carb count is in the quantities and brands used.

I used 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) each of the sour cream and cheese (regular, not whipped) plus the 3 tablespoons of Splenda added 5 carbs.

I went back and checked the Philadelphia cream cheese and, would you believe, it actually has 9 carbs in half a cup, so my count is even higher than before.

Whipped cream 8 tblsp 3 carbs
Sour Cream 8 tblsp 6 carbs (Western brand)
Cheese 8 tblsp 9 carbs (Philadelphia)
Splenda 3 tblsp 5 carbs

Total............... 23 carbs

You're right though....there's lots more than one serving. And it is so good. Thanks again.
