Congratulations!!!
Do you have more energy - or in general just feeling better. That is what I have been weighing- not pounds but how do I feel- good feeling when you "weigh" how you feel. Like knowing that you are lighter- knowing that if you got on the scale that you are lighter but with lighter comes a good feeling.
once again,
congrats
Jan

Default A pound's a pound

Hi all,

To paraphrase Gertrude Stein, a pound is a pound is a pound.

And six of 'em! Wow!

Way to blast out'a the starting gate, Allen.

(What an upside down, topsy turvey new way to think. Imagine celebrating a big weight loss with a big steak, hot and sizzling with fat.)

Allan, way to go. I think that the first few combined water and fat pounds are so motivating, it's exactly what we need. You really have started strong, and I know you can succeed. There are all these people here to prove it.

I'm so happy for you.
