Okay. I know "cheating" is something that we all used to do on a Low fat, low calorie. high carb diet.
It doesn't work that way here.
Don't think cheat.
Think learning experience on how to feed yourself better tomorrow.
Making subs for those foods at home that are more healthful for you.. :-)
Really.. don't think cheat and beat yourself up.
Read the book again.. she talks about the fact that many of us don't do it all perfectly.
But I don't want you to feel like your on the old rollercoaster.. this is a much funner ride.
