I use the ketostix. I have gotten a large reading ONLY ONCE. Usually, my sticks are "Trace" to "small" ketone levels. It IS possible that your body is burning the ketone as fast as you are liberating it from stored fat. The big question is, are you losing weight? If so, keep doing what you are doing. If not, start looking for things that will stall you out:
Hidden carbs
alcohol
artificial sweeteners (YES, including Splenda for some folks)
soda?
