My sister got me a pack of 3. It did not in any way shape or form taste anything like a peep. I took one bite and spit it out. They were more expensive that the reg ones too.

Default eat any home-made rolls

oh, this hurts! my mom has passed down a family legacy of lovely, sweet, home-made dinner rolls that are to die for! really.

but I'm just going to stack my plate full of ham and drink lots of water!

Easter is a pretty easy time for me, actually. My family dosn't have any get togethers or anything, and I'm not naturally a sweets prson (I favor more rolls, chips, etc). But I wish you all luck! I know Christmas will be a rough one for me.

Same here not buying any candy or chocolate. Son is 13 and all he wants is a box of mike and ikes. Grand daughters will get a card with money. My weakness is the chocolate eggs with the cream inside. So I made sure I ate 2 of them before I started my weight loss journey. For my birthday last week my daughter in law made me an Atkins crustless cheesecake so I wouldn't go off my diet. Wow this is the first year of not buying easter candy and everyone is OK with it. The next hurdle is my dads wedding in April. I have no idea of the buffet choices so thought I might eat before going. Anyone else have issues at wedding receptions?

These are peeps, and they are VERY sweet,,,like marshmallow in the inside and all sugar on the outside...they come in lots of colors and have chicks and bunnies and it seems like now you can get them at different holidays with different shapes but i think they started at easter with yellow chicks??..I personally think they are gross, but alot of peeps like them...

I'm getting married in June and have some dinner meal planning to do for my reception so that I can stay on plan too. Although I'll be having stuff made with carbs, I plan on having a good selection for myself as well so I can stay on plan. I'm even considering having a LC cake made and just not tell anyone LOL
