Default Cut up pork ideas?

I got a great deal on a boneless pork loin, so we made several roasts, chops and also cubed some up.
Now that I have the "stew meat" thawed and ready to go I don't really know how to cook it....
I wish I had cabbage, but I don't. Too cold to go anywhere today (-2 degrees!)
Any suggestions?

Thx,
Karen

I ended up making a stew with cream broth. It was OK, will try something different next time.

You could mince/grind it and make meat loaf, meat balls, lasagne type dishes using vegetables and mince and tomato stew.

You could make chili out of it. Without the beans, of course. Just find a chili recipe (check the cooking forums here). One of my favorites is the Skyline chili recipe, although it has quite a few ingredients, there are simpler ones around.

Hello,

This is a little late but I enjoy pork loin. Cut into Medallions, dipped in egg, and the in Parmesan cheese spiced with steak seasoning, and pepper.. Quick Fry them in oil or I use PAM ... Enjoy!

These tasty bites are great to make in advance.. Good for traveling and they taste good hot or cold.

Cheers,

Katthleen, How thin do you slice the pork? How do you store them? Do you reheat?
