Won't kick in--but hanging in there
Hello All,
I started low carbing Dec 27th 2002. Bought a scale, strips, and Atkins book and started "officially" AtKins 3 weeks ago. No weight loss--full ketosis (actually gained 5 pounds right before.. well you know.)
Quit for four days, and restarted Monday this week. I really like the fact I have no achiness while in Atkins! I pray I have weight loss, and have started slowly at the gym.
I have quite a bit to lose--over 100 lb.
Have been using fitday to record consumption and loss. Intake is running pretty high in fat, but staying under 20 carbs for most part. (how do I post that here?)
Am 41, married, 2 young kids. Have been through chemo for leukemia not quite 2 yrs ago. Wondering if this has anything to do with this resistance? Anyone been there.
