Treadmill - 4.2 Miles (45 minutes, plus 5 minute cool down) YAY!!! I finally got in 4 miles!!!

Saturday - Bike ride w/DH and dogs = 2.5 Miles

Sunday - Treadmill = 3.6 Miles (45 Minutes plus 5 Minute Cool Down)

Treadmill (again with DH or should I say while he did the elliptical ) - 2.5 Miles (30 minutes, plus 5 minute cool down)
