Default Motivation Tricks?

What do you all do to stay motivated through your weight loss? I personally make dork charts keeping track of possible weight loss, buy cute things on sale in smaller sizes, and clip the occassional picture out of a magazine.

I buy goal clothes LOL. I have two bikinis and couple of shirts, my next treat to myself will be a nice pair of goal slacks.

I also keep before pics around (there are lots of folks who don't agree with this notion, but its a great motivator for me. I don't want to be that size again, so i mustn't forget about it).

1) I remind myself frequently how good it feels to have more energy and lower blood pressure.

2) I have a few skinny individuals that I think about and remind myself that I would like to either look like them or look good for them.

3) Sometimes I repeat the old mantra "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels."

4) Read my Atkins book - that inspires me.

5) Lately co-workers and family have commented on my weight loss. I reflect on how great it feels to be recognized for the goals I have achieved.

6) I look at my belt. I have had to add another hole and am close to having to add another. My pants are falling off of me and I can fit into a 32 waist jeans now.

Right now my main motivation to keep losing is a bicycle trek I want to do over the winter. Right now I could probably do the miles, but I will have to carry at least a days worth of water on my bike. (along w/ all my gear, ugh!) I figure the more weight I lose, the less water I will need to carry and the easier it will be to carry it w/out the extra pounds on my body.
