Week One has been a success! I did all my scheduled home workouts. I have a little muscle soreness in my lats and traps, but otherwise I feel great!
One of my goals is to test The Firm's acclaim that you get "visible results in 10 workouts." I am going to check in on May 14 to give my new stats on weight, body measurements and body fat. I think it will be interesting to see what changes if any have occurred in the 10 workouts. Today marked my 6th firm workout, my 10th Firm workout will be May 13, so early on the 14th I will obtain all the info needed and post. Stay tuned everybody!
