I love them, but maybe eat too many. They fill me up and I'm happy.

I also eat the Carb-solutions bars, they have a carb listing for Atkins people.

My favorites are Pralines and Cream, Chocolate and peanut butter.

The down side, is I want them all the time. Good thing they are costly.

Try them and let us know what you think of them.

By the way, the shakes are also delicious.

Default Endulge Bars

My Walmart has a HUGE supply of Atkins Endulge bars and also the Carbolite bars which I prefer over the Atkins bars. They sell them there for 96 cents per bar. The Crispy caramel bar is the very best. They taste just like 100 grand candy bars! This is what they look like...

I really love the Endulge bars and I Thank God for them....but I've found something better....Russell Stover Sugar Free....also found at Walmart. They make a really large selection of sugar free and thanks to WalMart they're reasonably priced. The Truffles are to die for!!! Read the carb count carefulley (you will have to subtract the maltitol.) Most of them are between 2g-5g per serving, but some are even higher (like the S'Mores flavor and the Crispy) but I've had their truffles, 'turtles', caramel, toffee, peanut clusters, orange creme, strawberry creme, raspberry, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, coconut and chocolate mint and they are all exellent. (Now if they'll just come out with chocolate cherry....) Also Baskin Robbins has come out with ice cream flavored hard candies that are just wonderful! You can also find all flavors of hard candies like starlight mints, butterscotch and butter toffee (like Werther's). WalMart has really jumped on the sugar free bandwagon and they stock a lot of different brands. Go browse!

Wink

I haven't had any of the sugar free candies while on induction, however from past lives I can testify that the sugar free chocolates can be very yummy, and are a fun indulgence. Please tread carefully into sugar free candy land, though. The warning labels about the possibility of gastric distress are true. Just a small amount can cause me to have a lot of cramping and intestinal effects *yuck*

They are not allowed during the induction phase but I think many people have had them. For me they stalled out my weight loss, so I'm starting over today.

Default Finally!

I went to Walmart today. I brought my dog, put my jacket over him and stuck him in the carriage..That was fun LOL Anyways, I finally found the Endulge bars. Of course it was at a different Walmart.. which is like 3 cities away from me..lol

They're good! I bought some of those and the Pure De-lite bars. Of course I had to eat both of them; just to try them.. I think I like the carbolite best though.

But as usual, Walmart was out of my carbolite bars. So I couldn't stock up on them. I'm probably going to buy them online or switch to Atkins Endulge. Grr. Everytime I go they're out of them! I'm sure it has something to do with having all of them on an Endcap at the end of the isle.. And thats 2 different Walmarts! Hey audraq, can you get me some from your walmart and email them to me?..lol.

And I gotta try those Russel candies..

Nope. You're not even supposed to have to many of the bars on induction. It's meant for real foods.

Chocolate is great. I feel bad for the poor low fat people eating their fake, flat, cardboard tasting chocolate. They just don't get it. Fat is great.
