I like the chapter in the book that deals with food choices in the groups. He divides the food into "Eat Regularly, Eat in Moderation, and Eat Sparingly." Good guide to help as make choices in the real (not concerned about losing weight) world of low-carbing. I suppose I'm about ready to shift into pre-maintenance, and haven't really been counting every little carb, and it's nice to have a guide for the best choices to make.
One thing that annoys me is how almost every recipe has low-carb bread in it. Seems like they could have gotten a tad more creative, but maybe one day I will be eating a lot of low carb bread? Doubt it.
Anyway, it's worth at the very least picking up and browsing through.
