I see the OP is a little over 2 years old. But, the title got me. I lost over 10lbs during the summer on a high carb diet. I ate cereal everyday for 2 mos. The first month I lost 10lbs. At the beginning of the second month without changing anything at all, I gained it all back overnight. I thought it was water weight, I increased the amount I was drinking, doubled it. The scale didn't budge at all in the second month, even though I stuck to it. The weight stuck. So, either the 10lbs lost wasn't real in the first place, or my body is really good at storing carbs as fat. I have lost a little over 10lbs with my new WOE, I am still afraid it's all going to come back overnight.
