Default I caressed

I caressed a loaf of 12 grain bread today in Wal Mart! I actually don't miss bread until I see it in the store. Like yesterday I was in Trader Joes and saw all their yummy rich chocolate. I felt weak but I didn't falter......
I got the book today "Life Without Bread". It looks very informative.....

Life without Bread is a great book. As you read it you'll realize that it isn't a a book about losing weight.

I really like the information in the book, and have come away with the feeling that even if I don't lose a pound, eating LC is still the healthiest way to eat. The weight loss becomes a big bonus.

Trader Joe's is the best place in the world to get nuts and uncured bacon and even some produce at great prices. But those ten pound bars of Giardelli's chocolates are like some kind of test from the devil.

TJ's has excellent Heavy Cream.
Yes the book helps me realize that this isn't about weight loss alone, it is about a new way of eating for life.

I wonder if that would be considered foreplay?
