Default dreadful ten

Hey guys, diddo on the last 10. I started here in May at 136, I am now 129, and holding. AND I MEAN HOLDING.

I am only 5'2", and feel comfortable around 120. Hope to see that number again someday. Been awhile.

Glad to see there is a thread, great idea. Currently I have been doing quite a bit of lifting, but needing to up my cardio.

I know we can do it guys. Its been really hard being stuck for so long.
