Default Can I use Flour???

Hello Folks,

In an effort to diversify my eating program I bought a roast a couple of days ago that I want to cook today. Then I thought about the way I planned to cook the roast.

I wanted to use a Reynolds Oven Bag, but the bag calls for a tablespoon of flour shaken in the bag before I put the roast in the bag. I would like to use the bag because they are great in reducing the amount of cooking time required to cook meat and they also allow the meat to retain its moisture and flavor much better than traditional means of cooking.

Will this cause havok to my low carb WOE? Should I look at alternative methods to cook the roast?

Thanks for your help.
