YES!! Keep checking in every day...I can tell you that these boards have been the lifeline for me, 100%. Not just the information and inspiration, but you will get to know people here and there that will become personal buddies and friends for you...
Today...get committed! If you're on an up and down cycle...clean that junk out of your house (or out of your way!) and stock up on some yummy stuff you can snack on and have for meals...
salami and cheese, lunch meats, chicken breast, shredded cheese on your salads, bacon bits, sour cream, real dressing...you know those Weight Watcher products need to go! This is about REAL food and a REAL goal and a REAL way to get there.
It's EASY...and enjoyable. I'm a carb addict from the cradle (also from Philly, lived in Williamstown, NJ for a while!) and trust me, if I can do this and really love it...and NOT miss those Italian Cream Cakes....You can do this.
It's a life changer...my stats: 260/265/150.
