Red face Felt TIRED and...

Bought a sausage biscuit from the local grocer's deli b/c it was only .55 and then ate 2 bites of the biscuit along w/the sausage! Than made a low carb chili for dinner and gave into 10 little oyster crackers that I was putting in the kid's chili...I just felt kind of tired and blahh today and was REALLY craving chocolate too! I've also struggled w/water intake... Has anyone else struggled w/fatigue or not drinking enough water and cravings?

Hi Hezz. Don't worry about the crackers and bites of biscuit, those are small portions. Sometimes, I put saltines in my soup.

As for water, that's a permanant struggle for me. I hate drinking water. You're not alone on that one.

I am quite confident in saying that everyone has! If we didn't, we'd be gods, right?

Hey! Thanks for the encouragement ...This weekend was kind of "carb crazy" as I just had 4 dental fillings in a row (1 rather deep) and my lower left molars are STILL aching and after the bites of biscuit & all I've just decided to start afresh Mon. a.m. so will try and be back to STRICT low carbing! As much STUFF (stomach bugs, b-day parties, holidays, dental work, etc...) as I've been through lately I feel as though I'll be FOREVER on INDUCTION ! I only hope things will calm down and I can get REALLY serious low carbing! -HEZZ
