Default Bar B Que Sauce
One thing I really miss is BBQ sauce. Of course my favorites were loaded with sugar.

Any good recipes that are practical? I've seen small bottles for sale for $5 or recipes that call for sugar-free tomato paste/sauce. But $5 for a small bottle of BBQ sauce seems high. And I can not find sugar-free tomato sauce / paste.

Does all of this need to be ordered in advance?

It all depends upon what you consider as being "practical". Here's a link to LC ketchup and BBQ sauce recipes. I'm sure you'll find something to fit the bill.

Most tomato paste does not contain sugar. It may say sugar on the nutrition panel, but these are the natural sugars found in tomatoes and included in the carb count. If sugar has been added, sugar will be part of the list of ingredients.
