Digestion Problems with Low Carb Diets

I was just curious if anyone else out there had digestion problems with eating low carb foods.
I've had from diahrea to constipation myself. I'd also like to know how long does it take to get over this and become regular again.

Diana, it's pretty common to have digestion upsets when you change your eating habits. There's a really good article called "Low Carbing and Intestinal Health" that covers both extremes of the topic with information on what to do about both conditions and how to avoid them.
