You Can't Do What I Do.....
This is sort of a disclaimer post....
Many people would agree, we're all different and what works for one person, doesn't necessarily work for another. I agree with this, but I like to explain it a little differently.
The things I once did that worked for me, might not work for me now, or are not necessary for me to do now. The things I do now that work, could not have necessarily worked in the past.
I can't compare myself to myself, thus I can conclude it is highly unlikely that someone else could start doing what I do and have the same results....
If someone has about the same health status as I do, it is possible their results might be close to mine if they did everything the same way as I do, but there is no guarantee in that either, just more probability.
I have posted my supplement and medicine intake in the past, in my journal. It has changed from time to time, sometimes with good results, sometimes without good results, but always as an experiment to improve control of my health. I will be posting my current regime in my journal very soon, which I just changed to a few days ago, but I am not posting it to suggest this would work for anyone else, just sharing my journey as I battle with Diabetes and Weight loss and overall changes in health....
So, my point is; I don't think anyone can look at what someone else is currently doing and do the same thing and expect the same results. This is not to say they couldn't have similar results at some given point in time. It is just not likely that anyone could switch to what someone else is doing at the present time and get the same results.
So, for all those who are reading things I've posted now or in the past; please don't mistake my enthusiasm at my documenting my successes as a suggestion that you try to do what I do.....
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I can say one thing that I truly believe we should all do and I do believe we can all have some success at it...... I've learned this through my experience. Anyone is free to believe me or not believe me.....
Here is what I believe:
Eat and exercise and use supplements and/or medicines for improvement of health and forget about doing things for the sake of losing weight. I think weight loss is a double edged sword.
Weight loss can and should be an outward sign of improved health. Weight loss, unfortunately, can be achieved without improvement in health.
I strongly believe we should eat for health and not eat to lose weight. To me, I can now clearly see a difference. I achieved weight loss both ways since I began low carb dieting. Eating for health, to me, is way easier and better.
