Smile which type milk is best to use in coffee?

Can anyone help me?
I switched to drinking decaff coffee and I put 2tbsp. of fat free half & half in it. Is regular milk better or creamer or maybe regular half & half. I am on my 7th day of induction and know this is a critical time in the diet.
Thanks

You might want to check the Atkins induction list. None of those things you mentioned are allowed.

You know what is allowed? Full Fat Heavy Cream!

The more fat, the less carbs.

Absolutely real heavy whipping cream. And it's wonderful! In a pinch half & half per fl. oz has about the same carbs, but it's not nearly as satisfying. While on induction though, use the cream. I've read in several places here on this forum, that some brands may contain sugar. Mine doesn't, and I just pick it up at the convenience store.

Enjoy your coffee!
