Usually it's 20 g a day or under on Induction. If you look at the green lettering on your right of the screen, it has low carb links, a carb counter (so you know how much is in what foods),and there are some recipes there.
Also, there's a forum called newbie questions, they have a lot of answers to all of your questions there
Also, if you don't have it, I strongly recommend getting a copy of Dr. Atkins book (the new one) if that is the plan you are following, or you can look stuff up on his website
