I drove out to Bally's (in far far away land) on Saturday. It's only 15 miles but I definitely can't do that trip everyday. I got a good workout in. As for today, i just came back from jogging/walking 3 miles. It was weird because there are restaurants on the path and the people who were seated outside were staring at me. I think I'll try to do it again this week.
