Default need a low carb menu for Bunco night

I am on my 2nd week of induction (Atkins) & so far I have lost 8 lbs! I am hosting our Bunco group in February & Valentine's Day is the theme. I don't want to go off my low carb WOE, but I also do not want to serve my guests anything less than a fabulous meal. I love to cook & the Bunco girls have come to expect something special when I am hosting the group. I especially want to serve a knock out dessert!

I am considering a crustless quiche, salad, chocolate (sweetened with Splenda of course) dipped strawberries, & a low carb cheese cake.

Any recipe or other suggestions will be appreciated.

Donald's Deep Dish Pizza Quiche has legions of fans. A spinach salad or Caesar would go along nicely with it.

Since you're in my Corner, I'll push my own desserts. If you love to cook, the Tiramisu will knock 'em dead. And the NY Cheesecake, IMHO is the best.

You have the perfect opportunity to make converts!
