You didn't gain 1.5 lbs...you lost 7 on induction. Now be happy for that and stick to the plan Okay, now that that's over...I have that problem too, I need to learn to stay off the scale and let my body just do its thing. See, if you had only weighed on day 1 and day 14, you would never have known about that little rise, would you now.
