Finally!!

Just looking through the weekly sales flyers and came across
Your Good Health Store and they now have keto bars, hot cereals, pancake mixes and muffin mixes.
Also, they are advertising Atkins bars.

I have never been able to find any of these products here so this is wonderful, because as I have stated in the past,
I do so well, but get discouraged about the breakfast choices.

I hate eggs, cottage cheese and yogurt.

I don't have alot of time to make the intricate recipes just for me, and so now I can have a lc keto hot cereal, or a bar for breakfast and I won't be so tempted to eat something breadlike

I prefer boneless skinless chicken breast and they have the 3-lb. bags on sale at Kroger's until tomorrow night if you have Kroger's in your area. Only $4.99 a bag - that's a buy around here!

It also probably means that LC WoLifers have reached a kind of critical mass in your area. Most stores won't stock any kind of selection or especially advertise it unless there has been a lot of people asking for it or market research indicating there are enough LC people to support it. Even if the keto folks paid for part of the flyer it indicates they think there is a supportable market where you live. If they get people to buy you may find the selection expanded, if not well, its nice while it lasts.

But is sounds like you have a lot of LC company in your area.

I just went shopping at the local Trader Joe's, which is a U.S. small specialty grocery chain. They have a few shelves with Atkins bars displayed. The boxes were almost all emptied, and now I'm thinking that in the coming months there may be an expansion of that section. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if Trader Joe comes out with his own house brand of LC supplies.

Trader Joe's LC waffles with Trader Joes's LC Syrup and anyone's butter. Mmm..that sounds good.

I'm even finding my LC stuff in WalMart and my upscale grocery store...Raleys/Bel Air...seems like people are requesting and buying, so maybe it won't be limited to the specialty stores for long!
