Newbie here - not totally literate in the ways of computer chat.

So help - I don' know what all the abbreviations in the messages and journals mean!

Where on the www can I find a list and upskill to maximise my understanding?

Hi Macadamia,

You'll find a list of the common abbreviations in "Low Carb Tips" on the orange bar at the top of the screen. Along with lots of other useful info.

As I said in another posting on the Aussie/NZ forum this site is so

extensive and I guess I'm guilty of what many newcomers do -

join up and want all the answers straight away.

whoops. i couldn't find a thread concerning abbreviations until AFTER i started a new one. sorry to ask already answered questions. thanks for the help!

Not a problem - it's all a bit overwhelming on here at first -but once you get the hang of it it's an amazing place and so supportive - I wouldn't have stuck with this for so long if I hadn't found this site.
