She drives me crazy, and I don't follow her eating plan, but Susan Powter has some really good step aerobics videos. For all fitness levels, etc. I mute the TV and do them --great work out. I've been doing them (off and on ) for several years.
Suggestion--try renting different videos from a video store or your library or ask friends/relatives-so you don't waste your $$ on something you may not like!
