Well, yesterday didn't go quite as planned but I did get my bike ride. Didn't get to the speed I wanted but that's ok. On the weekends I do a little lighter when I don't have the chance to do more.
Today was weights, a 1 mile WATP dvd done on the rebounder and a half hour on the bike at 16 mph. I usually range from 16 mph to 16.5 mph for the average speed with highs of 18-20 mph here and there.
