Hi Desz

Glad that you have stopped being a lurker and joined the forum. Congratulations on that 24.5 pounds lost so far. You are doing real well.

I'd suggest that you start a journal to keep track of your progress. See the sticky at the top of the forum. I mind mine a great motivator and also a place to meet people.

Yep, me too. This site just has a "rightness" about it - everyone is so helpfull and there is always seems to be someone knowledgeable about whatever you happen to be looking for.

Strange that you both mentioned belonging to another forum. I was just thinking the same thing. I joined another one before this one.. but have not even logged on the other one since coming here. This site is put together so nicely and everyone goes out of their way to make sure us newbies are informed. I love this place!
