I see you listed "not sure yet" on your LC plan - have you seen the quick link to the right of this page "Which low-carb plan is right for me?" Great information and hopefully help you decide.

Talon I have decided to go with Protein Power and am currently reading the book. I love it. I started my induction with Atkins so I am following something. I got the book off Amazon.com and just received it today. I have been so energized it is showing in my bedroom. I have totally re-arranged it (now to get the boxes in the shed)

LOL thanks to Mary Kay Cosmetics. The picture was taken 4 days before my birthday and I wanted a different look so being a consultant I desided to play around and have some fun with more colors.
