Default BurgerKing #crispy tacos Carbs#?

OK anybody have a clue or guessament on how many carbs are in Burger King's crispy tacos. I don't think it could be more then 12-14 but, wouldn't mind splurging on one from time to time. Anybodys guess who be helpful.

I just went to burgerking.com and found their nutritional info. 2 tacos have 31 carbs. A little high

Maybe if you had just one...

They're also pretty high in sodium, so watch out for water retention. When I consider what I could have for 15 grams of carb, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't find one little taco worth it. If I'm going to eat something with 15 grams of carb, I'd at least like it to be something that will fill me up for a while.

I'd do it for if I wasn't in induction.... but as a life style thing it'd be ok to do it every once in a while, like once a month, It's like saving money as a kid, for that special treat or toy!

Just so long as it doesn't get to be regular, or complusive, eh
