Gryro mystery meat solved.
I love Gyros...I usually go the Mom and Pop places...They usually have posters of women enjoy gryos that look like they are from the 1980's...or posters of Greece. Anyways, the company they get the gyro meat is Kronos.
I contacted Kronos customer service and they sent me the nutrition facts for their popular gyro meat.

I'm kinda bummed because its higher in carbs...but not as bad as I originally thought (14g or more). Needless to say I will be enjoying them as an occasional treat...but know I know what's in them!
