Walk Away the Pounds, 3 miles.
I think I'll continue with the 2nd workout for now.
Had to come edit. Every dvd player in our house is on the blink! Our Sony, Panasonic and an old RCA standby, blah. The one in our room was working last night but I had to insert the dvd a few times.
I ended up jumping on the elliptical and doing 1 hour.
