So that's what DOMS is! I kept seeing that word in your journal and was wondering what it stood for I think that's what I had. I don't have any pain today cuz DH gave my shoulders a nice massage yesterday and yesterday was my lower body workout so my shoulders had a rest. I usually do 3 sets of 10 with my 5#, and 3 sets of 8 with my new 8#. There wasn't any injury, just muscle soreness. Probably have to get used to lifting the heavier weights?

Yep, your body will adapt to the new weights, give it some time. Your rep and set scheme looks good! You'll be buff in no time at all! Keep up the good work, girl! WOOHOO!
