HI TO ALL THE NEW LCers. TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY. I HAVE NEVER TRIED THIS BEFORE BUT MY DEAREST FRIEND HAS BEEN HAVING WONDERFUL SUCCESS SO THIS IS MY WAY BACK TO WHO I REALLY AM ALSO!! I HAVE LOST WEIGHT BEFORE BUT IT WAS IN MY 20'S AND 30,S. MY 40,S HAVE BEEN ONLY A GAIN. AND AS I NEAR 50 I AM SHUDDERING. I HAVE TO FIND THE PERMANENT WAY AS I DO NOT WANT TO EVER BE THIS HEAVY AGAIN. I WAS GOING IN TO SEE MY DR. FOR DIET PILLS SO I AM TICKLED TO HAVE THIS SUPPORT INSTEAD!!! THANK-YOU...SHILO

I know what you mean I was afraid that I would never loose weight in my fifties.

Being on HRT and aspirin and Norvasc everyday.
These pills make loosing weight harder.
I wish you the best

Remember to drink more water than you think you can manage.
