Laura Richard has updated her research section on her website www.lowcarbsucess.net. If you haven't checked this out before, I'd highly recommend it. A lot of troll clubs are available there. Just a couple of them, athletes on a high fat diet increase bone mineral density, high carb athletes don't; women athletes who eat low fat have supressed immune systems. There's lots more and she tries to update it every month. DLB
